I starten var det en Baikal enkeltløbet 12/76 med en Pressure Trace koblet på, men den var for blød i kammeret og gav flade topper lige før de 900 bar
Baikal'en er nu blevet afløst af en Akkar 12/89 pump, den giver først flade toppe omkring 1000 bar
Baikal enkeltløbet er også opgivet til de 90 Mpa, så jeg gætter på at jeg ville få samme resultat med min MP153'er
Skulle jeg investere i en billig halvauto ville jeg kigge på Akkar'en da den i min pump ser solid ud, den bruger samme chokes som en Remington 1100 og vil derfor kunne tåle hurtige ladninger med store hagl i selv de helt stramme chokes, det kan Baikal ikke da jeg har skudt en 5/8 Carlson skæv med 2'er hagl 500 m/s (Jaguar patroner + hjemmelad)

Most Common Causes:
Large bore muzzle loader using too much powder and/or sabots.
TC Handgun barrels with custom chambers that are too large for the barrel OD.
Light bolt action barrels with a fast taper in front of the receiver which have been re chambered for a longer or larger dia. cartridge.
Other Cause:
PressureTrace will read pressures beyond the maximum load standard for nearly all handgun or rifle calibers. The maximum readable pressures for some standard barrels and calibers is as follows:
Lilja barreled 223, BarrelOD=1.197, BarrelID=.36, Max Readable = 185562 PSI
Remington 700 30-06, BarrelOD=1.187, BarrelID=.454, Max Readable = 110153 PSI
SKB 12ga Shotgun, BarrelOD=1.152, BarrelID=.806, Max Readable = 19471 PSI
357 Magnum Contender, BarrelOD=.842, BarrelID=.38, Max Readable = 58287 PSI
You can see from these examples the maximum readable pressures are exceed what should be considered safe in the firearm. A very few rifles such as the Sako TRG-42 chambered in 338 Lapua Magnum have an unusually thin chamber wall and given the high pressure of the caliber, will flat line at just over 50,000 PSI. If your barrel has a thin chamber wall, email for support as instructed above. We will provide an undocumented solution to the problem.
